I bought with the wrong email
It happens, it is fixable, and it never costs you a second purchase.
I paid but I can't get in
Do not buy again. Your payment is recorded, and one email fixes this without a second charge.
Receipts, invoices and your card statement
Your charge shows as CAPITAL PREP.
Using Capital Prep on more than one device
Use it on as many devices as you like — laptop, phone, tablet. Sign in with the same email address on each and they are the same account.
