1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Capital Prep (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Capital Prep provides online study materials, practice questions, and related tools to help you prepare for certification and licensing exams.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. One account is for one person; access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or used by multiple people.
3. Purchases, subscriptions & refunds
Paid plans, one-time passes, and any pass-guarantee terms are described at the point of purchase and are charged through our payment processor. Prices and promotions may change. Where a money-back or pass guarantee is offered, it applies only on the terms stated with that offer (including any readiness and usage conditions).
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell our content; do not attempt to bypass access controls; and do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights. Our study content and software are protected by intellectual-property law and remain ours.
5. No guarantee of exam results
Capital Prep is a study aid. Except for any specific written guarantee tied to a plan you purchased, we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Changes & termination
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
