Refund & Pass-Guarantee Policy

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within the money-back window for your plan, measured from the time of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed the materials. Money-back windows are shown at checkout and vary by plan length.

If you prepared with Capital Prep and still did not pass your exam, the Pass Guarantee refunds your plan. On the Lifetime plan, it also reimburses your official exam retake fee, up to a published cap, so you can sit the exam again.

To qualify for a Pass-Guarantee refund, all of the following must be true:

• Your account reached a SurePass readiness of at least 85% for the exam before your official test date.
• You sat the official exam and did not pass.
• You submit your official score report (showing your name, the exam, the date, and the result) to us within the claim window.
• Your plan was active and paid (not refunded, charged back, or obtained through a promotion that excludes the guarantee).

• All eligible plans: a refund of the amount you paid for the plan.
• Lifetime plan: the above, plus reimbursement of your official exam retake fee, up to the published cap.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Retake reimbursements are paid after we verify your retake registration or receipt.

The guarantee does not cover exams taken before reaching 85% readiness, claims filed after the claim window, altered or unverifiable score reports, accounts that violated our Terms, or fees other than the official exam retake fee. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.
