Some U.S. state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA) give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information — including sharing with advertising partners for targeted advertising. This page explains how to exercise that right with Capital Prep, operated by Authority Group LLC.
What this covers
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising and measurement pixels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) that may qualify as “sharing” for targeted advertising under these laws. Opting out stops that sharing for your device/browser.
How to opt out
- Enable your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as an opt-out.
- Adjust ad-personalization settings on your device and on each ad platform.
- Email us at support@capitalprep.com with the subject “Do Not Sell/Share” and we’ll process your request.
