Reporting a content error

Updated 2026-08-21

Think a question, answer, explanation, hint, or guide passage is wrong? Please tell us — reports like yours are how the bank stays sharp, and we take them seriously.

How to report: every question and guide page has a Report a problem control. Use it right where you spot the issue — it captures the exact item automatically, so you don't need to describe where you were. Add a sentence on what looks wrong (a citation to the rule or source, if you know it, is gold).

What happens next — really:

  1. Your report lands in our review queue immediately.
  2. An automated investigation runs daily, checking the reported item against the study guide and the official material.
  3. A human reviews the verdict. If your report warrants a reply, you'll get an email with the outcome — including when you're right and we've fixed it, and when the item stands (with the reasoning, so the exchange teaches something either way).
  4. Confirmed fixes ship to the live bank for everyone.

One honest note: exam questions are deliberately tricky, and a good distractor is supposed to feel almost right. A decent share of reports resolve as "the item is correct — here's why." That reply is worth reading; the questions you argue with are the ones you remember.
