Audio won't play

Work down this list — the first item is the answer more often than not.

1. Are you on a free trial? Audio narration is a paid feature. The trial's study guide is fully readable, but the narration unlocks with any pass — if the pill shows a lock, that's all this is.

2. Are you online? Narration streams; it doesn't work offline. Check your connection and reload the page.

3. Phone playing silence?

• iPhone: check the physical silent switch and volume — and Low Power Mode can delay playback starting.
• Android: check the media volume specifically (it's separate from ring volume).
• Bluetooth: make sure audio isn't routing to headphones in a bag.

4. Reload. Close and reopen the reader (or hard-refresh the browser). If you're using the installed home-screen app, fully close and reopen it.

5. One specific section stays silent while others play? That's ours to fix — report it from the page (Report a problem) or email support@capitalprep.com naming the exam, chapter, and section, and we'll get that section's narration sorted.
