Bundles — buying more than one exam

Certifications sold as one product
Most exams are one exam. A few certifications are made up of several exams that together earn one certificate — CompTIA A+ is the example: you sit Core 1 and Core 2.
Changing your mind — the money-back window
This is separate from the SurePass Guarantee. It is the plain "I bought the wrong thing" window, and it asks one thing of you: that you ask in time, and before you sit your exam.
How to file a claim, step by step
Claims are filed in the app, not by email. Go to the exam you sat and open its Guarantee page. Email us only if the form itself will not let you through.

The three passes — 7-Day, 30-Day and Lifetime
Each exam sells three passes. They are one-time payments. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

Upgrading your pass
You can move up a tier whenever you like — 7-Day to 30-Day, 7-Day to Lifetime, 30-Day to Lifetime — and you pay only the difference.

When your pass expires
The 7-Day Pass and the 30-Day Pass run for a fixed stretch from the moment you buy. Lifetime does not expire at all.
