Am I qualified yet?
On a paid pass

You do not have to work it out. Open your exam's Guarantee page and it tells you where you stand against each bar, live, from your own results.
Your Account page carries the same summary under Pass guarantee, for every exam you hold.
What the page is checking
For the refund — one qualifying mock sitting at 80% or higher.
For the retake fee (Lifetime only) — a second qualifying sitting at 80% or higher, plus your readiness meter reading "Getting close" or above.
What makes a sitting "qualifying"
Three things, and all of them are visible before you start:
- A full-length mock, finished. An abandoned sitting is not a result.
- At least 75% of its questions new to you. Each sitting draws a fresh paper and serves questions you have not seen first, so early sittings are fully fresh. The mocks page tells you whether your next sitting can still count.
- Taken within the 14 days before you sit the real exam. A mock you passed three months ago proves you were ready three months ago.
Once you clear a bar, it is yours
The moment a bar is met it is recorded permanently. The readiness meter fades with time if you stop studying, but a bar you have already cleared cannot be lost by taking a break — you are never punished for work you have already done.
What is recorded is the work. The timing rule still applies when you claim: the sittings that carry your claim must fall inside the 14 days before your exam. If your exam date moves out, sit another mock closer to it.
If it says you are not there yet
The page says which condition is missing rather than just "not eligible". The usual answer is another mock sitting, or one taken closer to your exam date.
Qualifying is not the same as claiming. You still have to sit the exam and not pass it — see "How to file a claim, step by step".
