Practice questions and how hints work

The question engine is where most of your studying happens. Build a session your way — by domain, by chapter, timed or untimed — answer, and get the full explanation with per-option rationale after every question.

Stuck? Miles offers a ladder of hints, from lightest to heaviest, so you can get exactly as much help as you need and no more:

1. Nudge (Level 1) — a light pointer at the concept, nothing given away.
2. Steer (Level 2) — a stronger steer toward the reasoning.
3. Show me the answer — the answer and the full rationale, revealed.

How hints interact with your progress: answering after a Nudge still counts toward your readiness. Revealing the answer means the question isn't scored at all — it can't help or hurt your accuracy, it's marked as seen, and it goes to your Vault to re-drill later, because a question you had to reveal is exactly the one worth meeting again.

Where hints don't exist — on purpose:

• Mock exams. A mock rehearses the real thing, and the real exam has no hint button. Hintless mocks are what make your mock scores an honest readiness signal (and the guarantee's qualification bar trustworthy).
• The placement test. It sets your baseline; a hinted baseline would corrupt your study plan.
