Upgrading to Lifetime

Holding a 7-Day or 30-Day Pass and want more time — or the retake-fee coverage? You can upgrade to a higher pass while your current pass is active and pay only the difference.

How the credit works

• We credit the full amount you paid for your current pass against the price of the higher one. You're charged the difference — you never pay for the same exam twice.
• Upgrade from the Upgrade page inside your exam (or from the pricing page — your current pass is marked, and the checkout applies the credit automatically).
• The upgrade takes effect immediately; a Lifetime upgrade never expires.

The credit needs a live pass. Once a pass has expired, there is no longer anything to credit — a new purchase is at the current price. If you're considering Lifetime, upgrade before your pass runs out.

Notes

• Free-trial time doesn't earn a credit — only a purchased pass does.
• If checkout says "You already have this plan" or "You already have a higher plan," you're covered — nothing to buy.
