There is nothing to cancel — one-time passes explained

Looking for the cancel button? There isn't one — because there's nothing that renews.

Every Capital Prep pass — 7-Day, 30-Day, Lifetime, and every bundle — is a single one-time payment. We don't sell subscriptions:

• Nothing auto-renews, ever.
• No future charges are scheduled. The payment you made is the only one.
• A 7-Day or 30-Day Pass simply ends when its time is up; a Lifetime pass never expires. Either way, no cancellation is needed.

If what you actually want is your money back: every pass has a money-back window from the moment of purchase, no questions asked — see "The money-back window." Email support@capitalprep.com from your account's email address inside the window and we refund you in full.

If you're seeing a charge you don't recognize: email support@capitalprep.com with the date and amount and we'll trace it — it may be a bundle purchase (one charge, several exams) or a pass bought under a different email address.
