What do I get for free?

What score do I need to pass?
There isn't one — the HESI A2 is an admissions assessment, not a pass/fail certification, so your nursing program sets the bar. Most look for somewhere around 75–80% on the subtests they require. Our guarantee uses 80% as its own bar, and we say so up front rather than implying it is Elsevier's number.
My school only requires some of the subtests. Can I study just those?
Yes. The guide, the question bank and the flashcards are organized by subtest, so you can work only the ones your program asks for — and the readiness score reflects what you actually studied.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, and offline. Your due flashcards and a set of practice questions download automatically, so you can revise with no signal. The whole study guide downloads too, narrated audio included; scored mocks and the tutor need a connection.
How long do I keep access?
That's your choice: 7 days, 30 days, or Lifetime. Lifetime means what it says — it does not expire and it does not renew, which matters because you keep your notes and progress after you get in.
Are the questions like the real exam?
Every item is written to Elsevier's own published scored-item counts, weighted domain by domain, with four options and a rationale on each. Every key was recomputed from its own stem before the explanation was read. What we will not do is claim a number we have not measured — where we have run a construction audit we publish it, and where we have not, we say so.
My exam date moved. Does the plan adjust?
Yes. Change the date and the Game Plan rebuilds around the new one — it works backwards from your date, so a move forward compresses it and a move back spreads it out. Nothing is lost.
Why are SurePass guarantees limited each week?
Because we honor them. Every guarantee is a real financial commitment, so we cap how many are live in a given week and the counter you see is a count of genuine commitments — purchases and held checkouts — never a display number. If a week sells out, yours activates the following Monday.
How many full-length mocks do I get?
Three forms, and four scored sittings across them. Practice questions and timed practice are unlimited on top and always have been.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Yes, separately from the pass guarantee: 24 hours on the 7-Day Pass, 48 hours on the 30-Day Pass, or 72 hours on Lifetime, measured from your purchase (or from your upgrade, if you upgraded) — no questions asked, as long as you haven't sat your exam yet. EEA and UK buyers also keep their 14-day statutory right. The SurePass Guarantee is the other promise — that one is about your exam result, not about changing your mind.
Which pass should I buy?
Work backwards from your test date. Under a week out, the 7-Day gives you everything for the final push. Sitting within the month, the 30-Day is the honest fit. If your date is further out, or you may sit more than once, Lifetime costs less than two 30-Day passes and never expires.
What happens when my pass expires?
Your account stays; the paid features stop. Your notes, highlights and flashcard history are all still there if you come back, and Lifetime never expires.
