What do I get for free?

How does the SurePass Guarantee work?
Score 80%+ on one full-length mock, sit the real exam, and if you don't pass we refund what you paid. On Lifetime, clear two mocks with your readiness meter at "Getting close" or above and we also reimburse your exam retake fee in full. You file the claim in your study portal with your official score report.
Is this for CS0-004 or CS0-003?
CS0-004 — the current exam since June 2026, weighted to its four domains. CS0-003 is retiring later this year. If you're already booked on a CS0-003 sitting, this bank is built to the new outline, not the old one — being straight about that beats finding out in the exam room.
Which pass should I buy?

How is the exam scored?
CompTIA scores CySA+ on a scaled 100–900 range, with 750 to pass — that isn't a straight percentage of questions right, so nobody can tell you an exact number correct. Our mocks hold you to a deliberately conservative internal bar so that being ready here means being comfortably ready there.
Are the questions like the real exam?
They're written to CompTIA's published CS0-004 objectives and weighted to them exactly — 34% Security Operations, 26% Vulnerability Management, 24% Incident Response and Management, 16% Reporting and Communication. A mock is the same shape as the real thing: up to 85 questions in 165 minutes.
Does it cover performance-based questions?
The bank is multiple-choice, which is the majority of the exam and the part you can drill. PBQs are hands-on simulations — the way to prepare for those is to know the analysis workflow cold, and the guide walks through what each PBQ topic actually asks you to do with logs, scan output and indicators.
Shouldn't I just buy a video course?
If you learn best from video, Dion Training's course is a genuinely good one — 48+ hours of it, with labs, at $399. We're the other half of the job: a practice system that measures whether you're ready. Plenty of people watch a course and drill here; if you only buy one, buy the one that matches how you study.
What happens when my pass expires?
Your progress is kept. You can upgrade at any time and pick up exactly where you were — and upgrades always credit what you already paid.
My exam date moved. Does the plan adjust?
Yes. Change the date and the plan rebuilds around your new one.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — everything syncs across devices, and the reader, flashcards and practice all work on a phone.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Yes, separately from the pass guarantee: 24 hours on the 7-Day Pass, 48 hours on the 30-Day Pass, or 72 hours on Lifetime, measured from your purchase (or from your upgrade, if you upgraded) — no questions asked, as long as you haven't sat your exam yet. EEA and UK buyers also keep their 14-day statutory right. The SurePass Guarantee is the other promise — that one is about your exam result, not about changing your mind.
